We suggest that you arrive 20 mins early to register yourself and avoid any unnecessary rush.

Do not worry we provide yoga mat and water at no cost,  however we have high quality  yoga towels yoga mat available to purchase in our boutique.

We provide cubbies to keep your belongings Such as belts, phone, bags and clothes.

Any food items, drinks (like smoothies, juices, protein shakes, coffee), chewing gum should not be consumed once you are inside the practice space.

Talking and asking questions during the class is strictly prohibited. You may talk and ask a relevant question at the end of the session.

Note: Water is allowed to drink but keep the bottle at the very back of the space.

We strongly suggest that a person should be willing to put efforts in the practice, must listen to the teacher and develop enormous patience to develop yoga within.

Regardless of practicing for many years, having a great self- practice, teaching yoga, once you are in a class you are a student. You must follow teacher's instructions with utmost faith.

Unable to do so by finding fault or doubts or unnecessary questioning or disturbing the flow during or after the class you may not be allowed to continue.

Yes, you must first drop us an email of the yoga certification that you obtained during your trainings (minimum 200 hours)  on theomyoganaples@gmail.com mentioning specially about which style of yoga you specialize in.

Your certification must be minimum one year old and you must teaching in that year. If your certification is less than one year old you may allow you to volunteer at our space

After reviewing, we will interview or invite you to our studio to teach one mock class.

Thereafter we will take a decision in 5 working days and acknowledge you on the same.
