Teacher

Hemant Adhikari

Hemant Adhikari is the founder of The Om Yoga Naples. He specialise in 8 limb vinyasa, the OM flow and traditional Hatha yoga with nearly 10 years of experience. He began his yoga journey in 2011 after graduating from Middlesex University with a BA in Information Technology. He has since trained under many experienced teachers, including Prahlada Ji, Yogi Kamal Singh, and Vijay Mehra Ji. 

Hemant’s classes follow the traditional 8 limb yoga method with a particular emphasis on discipline being the first and foremost foundation of a yoga practice. He believes that one has to be strongly passionate about learning yoga in order to reap and experience the benefits of the path of yoga.

Hemant is passionate about sharing his love of yoga with others and helping them to find their own path to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. He is a dedicated and experienced teacher who is committed to providing his students with the highest quality of instruction.

  • 200-hour Hatha Yoga TTC from Sivananda Ashram, Rishikesh and Uttarkashi in 2013.
  • 200-hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC from Tattvaa Yoga Shala in 2015.
  • Sadhana Intensive Course Certificate ‘Advanced Self-Practice of Pranayama and Self-Discovery’ from Sivananda, Madurai in 2015.
  • 100 hours intense ‘Ayurveda and Anatomy from Varkala yoga Ayurveda School in 2022.
  • Founder and lead teacher of Punyah Yoga School, Rishikesh, India since 2019.

Almudena Laborda

Almudena, hailing from Murcia, Spain, followed her passion for teaching and travel. After graduating in Bilingual Education, she joined an NGO in Africa, sparking her spiritual journey. 2018 she headed to India, delving into yogic philosophy through a 200-hour YTTC. Inspired by the experience, she stayed in Rishikesh, sharing her wisdom. Almudena conducted classes, retreats, and YTTs in Spain, Kerala, Rishikesh, and Bali, offering vinyasa, yin yoga, gentle Hatha, yoga nidra, and kids yoga. Her holistic approach emphasizes breath awareness for mind-body-soul harmony. Yoga, to her, is a tool for self-awareness and lifelong self-improvement.
